1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph1444 ("ph1444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph1444 online casino platform accessible at https://ph1444.net, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and VIP programs offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph1444 supports the following Philippine payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph1444 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the ph1444 platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may differ and are displayed at the cashier.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on the player's screen and the result recorded on the game server, the server record shall be conclusive. Disconnection during a game round does not automatically entitle the player to a refund; the outcome of any game round in progress at the time of disconnection will stand as recorded by the game server.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph1444 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including falsifying age or identity documents.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under Philippine law.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay or gain an advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and will be reversed.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ph1444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account is subject to fraud investigation, AML review, or regulatory inquiry.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity documentation during KYC.
• The player is located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ph1444.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ph1444 will communicate the reason and estimated timeline to the affected player via their registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed due to breach of Terms, ph1444 may retain funds in the account proportionate to any demonstrable loss or administrative cost incurred, subject to applicable Philippine law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph1444 Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph1444 content; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; or use the ph1444 brand or trade marks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by ph1444.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph1444 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where ph1444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph1444's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to ph1444 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph1444 is not liable for any interruptions to the Service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party system failures (including payment provider outages), acts of God, regulatory actions, or any other circumstances outside ph1444's reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause limits ph1444's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or operational integrity.
